Who runs Ta Beauté?

Ta Beauté is owned by 22nd year old Nissi and was registered with Companies House in September 2019 and started business on the 3rd of November 2019. We are a proudly black owned business. 



Are Ta Beauté Lashes free from cruelty?

We guarantee that our mink eyelashes are sourced from suppliers who use 100% anti-animal cruelty methods. Our lashes are made from mink hairs for the sake of premium quality; the hairs are obtained from mink farmers after grooming by our lash suppliers. As a brand we will always research our suppliers and the methods they use for the production of the items we sell. 



What delivery method is used for orders?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Delivery. The expected wait time after shipment is 3-5 working days until arrival. 

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For International Services. 



What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept payments card payments via Stripe from Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Paypal. We also have an instant checkout through Apple Pay and can receive payments through Bacs Direct Debit as a bank transfer by providing your account details. 



My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Please allow the recommended amount of time for your order to arrive. If your order has still yet to arrive, use our contact form or send us a direct message via Instagram @tabeaute_ltd with your name and order number. 



An item I want to purchase is out of stock, how will I know when it is available for purchase?

Please forward any inventory queries to ta_beaute@outlook.com or fill out our contact form as different rules apply to different products. 



Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

When placing an order, only 1 discount code can be applied per purchase; codes can not be used in conjunction with others. 



Do you accept refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, however we offer an EXCHANGE ONLY policy in the unlikely event your ordered items are faulty. This policy is valid for 30 days from the dispatch date of your order. For mink eyelashes, we do not offer exchanges for hygiene purposes.
