Are Ta Beauté Lashes free from animal cruelty?
We guarantee that our mink eyelashes are sourced from suppliers who use 100% anti-animal cruelty methods. Our lashes are made from mink hairs for the sake of premium quality; the hairs are obtained from mink farmers after grooming by our lash suppliers. Before production, the hairs are sterilised to avoid infection but are not dyed or chemically processed in any way. We have conducted research and carefully selected our suppliers to ensure that are products have caused no harm during the process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed; shipping rates for your region can be viewed at checkout.
Express delivery: 1-3 business days
Standard delivery: 2-4 business days
EU: 2-11 business days
Rest of the world: 3 to 17 business days
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing during sales periods e.g. BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY & BLACK POUND DAY.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?
Please allow the recommended amount of time for your order to arrive. In the event of a missing parcel, after an investigation has been conducted and package is confirmed as lost, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please contact us within 14 working days of the expected time of arrival using our contact form. If your parcel arrives damaged, please send evidence of this to our email, firstname.lastname@example.org and we will conduct an investigation.
If you wish to receive a replacement for your missing parcel, please contact us so that we can discuss arranging this. In some cases, the item may be out of stock, but we will be more than happy to order this for you.
An item I want to purchase is out of stock, how will I know when it is available for purchase?
Please send any inventory queries to our Instagram or fill out our contact form. On some occasions, we can offer pre-orders for items that are unavailable.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene purposes. Please ensure you take this into consideration before placing your order; if you wish to cancel an order, as long as fulfilment has not be completed and the package is still in our possession, we are able to do so. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order using the contact form or via email at email@example.com.
All our products are carefully checked and packaged to ensure their quality and safety before shipment. We hope you can understand why we do not accept refunds or exchanges in our efforts to maintain our high standards.
How long do I have to wait for a pre-order?
Items that are on pre-order will take approximately 2-4 weeks to be processed and shipped. We aim to get your item out to you as soon as possible!
